Grant is a degree qualified Chartered Engineer who has worked in the control systems industry for 25 years. He possesses particular experience in the process, utilities and subsea oil production industries, covering a wide range of design, implementation and commissioning of control and automation systems.
His director level responsibilities cover HR, policies and procedures, operational support for the Theale office, technical support along with the proposals and quotations required for the Thames Water Framework and the wider business. He has recently gained the National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from NEBOSH which has allowed him to promote a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the company.
