Peak42 acquired by Edwin James Group

Peak42 has been acquired by Edwin James Group, a leading engineering services business operating across the UK.

Edwin James Group has a UK-wide workforce of over 1,000 employees, located across the UK.  Headquartered in Glasgow, the group was established by investment firm Aliter Capital in 2017. Following a series of high-profile acquisitions, the group has implemented an ambitious growth strategy which has seen it rationalise several key businesses into two distinct service offerings: technical services and process services.

The acquisition of Peak42 closely follows Edwin James Group’s recent purchase of Jex Engineering, now Jex Process Services, furthering the group’s ambitions to become a market-leading and sustainable engineering services operator.
